The role of Personal Executive Assistant to CEO & COO will be a secretarial position, which will entail clerical and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

- Manages and maintains schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Handles purchases and shipments as needed
- Prepares and edits correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Files and retrieves documents and reference materials
- Updates and maintains contacts and databases
- Conducts research, collects and analyzes data to prepare reports and documents
- Arranges and coordinates meetings and events
- Records, transcribes and distributes minutes of meetings
- Manages and responds to and distributes incoming calls and communications
- Receives and interacts with incoming visitors
- Liaises with staff members at all levels
- Interacts with external clients
- Coordinates project-based work
