What does the role involve?

As the Key Project Manager you’ll find yourself working closely with different teams to realize project potentials to achieve sales target. This includes working with external stakeholders such as our customers; and internally with the sales teams to identify business opportunities for specific key projects in Bahrain for our Energy & Industry segment.

You will be acting as a single point of contact or a single owner of the project to integrate all the activities from sales planning to sales acquisition to the execution of the project/orders. Your job is to orchestrate the project team (including sales, engineering, and other main stakeholders involved) functioning by drafting a direction, aligning the team and guiding them to win sales must-win battles targeting the end objective of maximizing sales on these construction projects.

You’ll get to work with some of the most sophisticated CRM software in the market, making it easier to manage your customers and produce the best results.
