We are looking to recruit a Bahrani candidate as Sales Coordinator in Panatech - Bahrain. In this role you will be responsible for Managing incoming calls and walk-in customer service inquiries. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution in stipulated time line. Keep records of customer interactions. process customer accounts and file documents in given format. Creating / updating and closing all the service notifications in SAP. Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate. valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Follow communication procedures. guidelines and policies and take the extra mile to engage customers.
