Senior Compliance Engineer - Harmony Connections

- Create procedures and guidelines to ensure that governmental and industry regulations are met by manufacturers in both international and domestic markets.
- Working with both management and lower-level staff and coordinate information between departments, educating design teams about product specifications and participating in training of personnel.
- Keep departments up-to-date on new or revised regulations that may be relevant to product specifications.
- To exercise full compliance control for all Audits, QA, Inspections, Tower Works, Construction, Maintenance and Active works and any telecommunication activities including all KPI’s and SLA’s.
- To provide assistance and guidance for all staff with in the project, to enable and ensure all company employees can deliver project activities against the agreed base line schedules and financial requirements.
- These operations will include, but are not limited to, the management of all site employees’, government and industry stakeholders, contractors and sub-contractors for all project programs and liaison with clients and local authorities through the clients.
- To provide solutions support to the BOT within the design, planning and team building to ensure the most cost-effective solutions.
- To ensure that all contract activities conform to the Health & Safety Policy, plus the relevant Health & Safety statutory and local authority requirements.
