Project Manager for a renowned contractor in Bahrain, with projects secured until 2020.
We are looking for someone with expertise in the building and civil engineering industry and a diverse portfolio that consists of industrial structures, infrastructure development, luxury villas, office blocks, warehouses and other commercial buildings.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the project.
• Project manager will work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
