MAJID AL FUTTAIM Cinemas - Kuwait City - We are looking for kitchen staff in all levels (Commis, DCDP, CDP) for our new 5-star restaurant in Kuwait. The team will be responsible for: Overseeing the back of house operations of the VOX Premium cinema product and manage the shift and staff. Responsible for the quality of all food and beverages served including the health and safety, presentation, timing of delivery and temperature. To uphold culinary standards in the daily operations Where applicable, assist with stock rotation and inventory checks. To ensure hygiene policies are met. To support the Commis Chefs when needed with training and on the job assistance. Give clear instructions to the cooks you are responsible for and check understanding. Develop solid working relationship with the FOH team and other departments. Report issues or staffing problems to the appropriate manager.
