Controlling all mails & documents - Inward and outward.

Organizing and coordinating meetings, preparing and distributing minutes of meetings.
- Providing Secretarial support to G.M. and other Directors.
- Coordinating with all departments for general administrative requirements.

- Sourcing out overseas manufacturers /distributors/suppliers, floating enquiries, negotiating and compiling prices.
- Preparing and processing FPOs.
- Preparing and processing payments
- Arranging and coordinating shipments, clearing, etc.,
- Preparing and finalizing quotations, Analizing, selecting and quantity surveying Bill of materail for kitchen & laundry equipment projects. 
- Preparing costing & compiling offers.
- Arranging procurement of equipment.
Following up installation and completion of project Coordinating with sales staff, providing all required back office support to them for timely submission of offers controlling timely procurement of equipment and timely completion of jobs. 
- Preparing/verifying job contracts

- Arranging procurement of spareparts, managing warranty claims from manufaxcturers/suppliers of
- Coordinating with manufacturers to provide all possible support to Service team for installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing.
- Preparing and processing of all Bank payment documents for L/C, T/T, T/R etc.
- Providing all Administrative support to accounts /Finance departments

- Preparing and processing Export Documents.
- Arranging shipment/transport/insurance for Export
