* Good knowledge of Siebel files.
* Good knowledge of Siebel Application Architecture, Incident Management and ticket management.
* Good functional knowledge of major Siebel areas like order management, Account Management, payments,Product model,bulk operations etc.
* Knowledge in Siebel data model, EIM and debugging of EIM logs.
* Should be able to write and debug Unix/Linux shell scripts.
* Good knowledge of sql, plsql, procedures, packages, triggers etc
* Expert in handling Siebel trouble tickets, Service request.
* Siebel EAI and related concepts and Knowledge of troubleshooting interface issues on Siebel.
* Expert in troubleshooting and application diagnostics including interpreting log files.
* Expert knowledge in Telecom domain
* Basic knowledge of siebel products, product classes, Product visibility rules.
* Siebel Administrator skills would be an added advantage.
