Duties & Responsibilities: Monitor the corporate and residential networks and handle issues on priority basis to resolve it. To handle calls from Customer Service Department and mange incidents from inception through resolution. Involved in 2nd level trouble shooting to fix the complaints. Effectively prioritize site incidents based on service and customer impact. Detect, triage, document, fix and escalate all site incidents to the concerned department (Site, Installation, Network, ISDN, Wireless, IT).
