The Role Develop an annual recruitment plan for existing and upcoming hotels and establish end to end recruitment processes, systems and online and offline recruitment platforms to attract and retain operations, management and support functions candidates. Set up and manage job boards, social media, recruitment open days, career fairs, UAE nationalization programs, internship progams and advertisements. Liaise with senior management to establish and manage manning guides, headcount and payroll budgets.
