Abu Dhabi - Reporting into the Group Head of Operational Risk for the Bank, you should have 10+ years experience in Banking/Ops Risk with the last 3years+ in a senior Business Continuity Planning (BCP) capacity including team management. This is a high profile role that will require the day to day management of the BCP function for the bank liasing with different departments to estabilish a framework and function that is best in class. This will include monitoring of all BCP requirements against actual recovery capability, including IT system restore and IT disaster recovery plans and ensuring that Crisis Management Plan is in place and reviewed to meet the banks contingency planning objectives....
