- To attain the objectives and targets of the company by proper planning, designing, resourcing (internal & outsource) and organizing the progress of all routineactivities related to carpentry, repair & maintenance. To identify the strategies to implement the cost reductionmeasures in all aspects.
- Effective and efficient control of planning, organizing
and controlling of new or
upcoming projects ofshopdevelopment.
Documentation of all stocks received from different sources and recording ofconsumed material in different locations or projects
- Looking after the special assigned jobs by the senior management as and when required
- Planning, organizing and controlling of overall operations of new or upcoming projects of shop development as per approved theme and pattern.
- Follow up with the concerned departments for drawings, layouts and interior.
- Follow up the repair and maintenance complaints received from shops. Factories,
- departments and other locations defined by senior management.
- Manage inventory control in department to ensure the best usage of company
- assets and follow up to supervisor for effective receipts, issuance, stacking, labeling, cleaning, storage, retrieval, timely delivery of goods, loading, transfer of materials, disposal of material (damaged, unused and discontinue) and recording of documents.
