Main Duties and Responsibilities: Implementing and Establishing Costing Automated through System and Standardizing the Recipe costing. Coordinating and work closely with other departments to meet the cost control objectives and develop and implement strategies to minimize the cost/expenses. Managing Food and Beverage Cost at budgeted levels by careful calculation of menu cost as well as Storage of Food products.
