Kuwait City - Leads and conducts Internal Audit engagements. Provides on-job training, coaching, and guidance to Internal Auditors. Responsible for developing the audit program. Supervises the Internal Auditor in conducting interviews, reviewing documents, developing and administering surveys, composing summary memos, preparing working papers, identifying and defining issues, reviewing and analyzing evidence, documenting processes and procedures, and documenting issues and recommendations. Develops and maintains productive business unit and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings. Maintains the Company's standard for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and the Code of Ethics. Performs related work as assigned by Internal Audit Manager.
