Job Responsibilities:
To ensure that the Dealer Management System and all IT related hardware and software packages used by the Company are in keeping with, and satisfy the needs of the business at any point in time, whilst looking to make the appropriate recommendations about the future planning and development of these resources.
To ensure that all such IT associated products are adequately maintained and serviced.
To provide a level of service to all end users through consultation, and training to ensure that each operative obtains the maximum benefit and assistance from any IT related products they might utilize in carrying out their role within the organization.

To manage all information technology and computer systems to ensure the company is equipped with current hardware and software.

To ensure all hardware and software is maintained at a level to allow maximum access by providing support and training to system users in allowing them to carry out their day to day roles when involving the use of any IT functionality.

Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to by all users on the system.
