Our client is a Chinese multi-national Networking & Telecommunications equipment and services company headquartered in Shen Zhen, China. It has overtaken Ericsson in 2012 to become the world's largest telecommunications equipment manufacturer.
Responsibility:
- Ability to establish the data center level 1 category procurement strategy and guide the country buyer conduct the strategy, can establish the supplier resource pool, and establish relationships with suppliers
- Provide detailed pricing for Material and Service for Datacenter Level 1 project in a timely manner to satisfy project requirements and expectation
- Able to negotiate company contracts with most favorable terms to benefit the company
- Conduct research and analysis to provide analysis into potential suppliers and ensure they were financially sound, quality driven
- Ability to analyze data and produce reports that are effective
Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of working experience in data center level 1 industry
- At least 3 years experience in running projects, take change of project management or procurement
- Should have solid project management or procurement experience on Data Center industry leading companies, such as IBM, HP, M+W, Thermo etc.
Education:
- Equal or higher than Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Commercial
