Faststream - Qatar - Our client is a major construction company in South Korea which has carried out projects not only in Korea but around the world. Role & Responsibility: Review and check contract documents primarily related to claims (main contract and subcontract claims). Manage & preparation of claim documents for variation and extension of time under claims. Responsible for managing all response to contractual correspondence related to: - Main Contract correspondences (Identify and necessary notices to issue, claims, EOT variation orders) - Sub-contract correspondence (respond to Subcontractor notices, claims, subcontract issues). Assist the validity of sub contractual claims and mange the negotiation of settlement for each existing or further claims which may arise.
