Doha, Qatar - About Your Job: Responsible for the maintenance and the day to day support of preparing and publishing content to the Contact Centre Knowledge Base. In addition to writing , editing and proffreading site content, you will also work closely with project teams and editors to coordinate the site contect and make sure it caters to the needs of the Contact Centre audience and coordinate with Qatar Airways IT to maintain site standards with regard to new site feature development. About You: You must be University graduate with minimum 4 years of job related experience with a good understanding of Contact Centre Services, ideally within the Aviation industry. Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines. An understanding of online writing issues, such as house style and content structure.
