To act as a co-ordinator of all maintenance activities pertaining to civil; mechanical; electrical and plumbing works in Company properties (or properties for which the Company has a maintenance obligation). Maintenance Co-ordinator may be assigned to a specific type or specific property. The Company's definition of 'maintenance' is given in Property Services procedures manual.
