The remit is to develop an HR strategy for their regional operation and act as s HR Business Partner to the Business Unit Managers.
You will undertake effective planning, organizing and directing of administrative and HR activities from recruitment to succession planning.
The key responsibilities are, HR strategy, update and implementation of Policies and Procedures, supporting the Compensation & Benefits offering and roll-out and supporting Performance Management and apprasials.
