Kuwait - FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES a)Prepares long-term Strategic Plan, Business guidelines, Five Year Plan covering core activities, functional areas and resources. b)Participates in working team meetings of KGOC as well as Joint Operations, and ensures that the plans are realistic and aligned with the KGOC objectives. c)Facilitate implementation of Strategic Plan, Strategic Objectives and Change Management Initiatives. d)Reviews KJO and WJO FYP in consultation with the concerned departments in HO and Joint Operations. e)Reviews KJO Mid-Year and End-Year Accountability Reports in consultation with the concerned Departments. f)Prepare KGOC Annual Business Calendar depicting major activities, timeline and synchronizing with the activities and requirements of KPC, MOO, Jos. g)Participate in the preparation of Annual Report, CAPEX, OPEX, Departmental budget. h)Updates Kuwait Governments Four Year Program in accordance with KPC requirement and guidelines; provide information on produc...
