Kuwait City - Job Summary : To attend customers inquiries and complaints. Experience in optic shops, Understand and follow-up the form designed for the purpose . Circulate the form to the concerned person and produce a statistical report about customer satisfaction & requirements. Also call customers to remind them about periodic service schedules, special offers and promotions by telephone or other means deemed fit. Tasks : 1) Use the telephone to approach customers and inform them about developments 2)Use the Customer complaint form designed by the system 3)Update Customer information file if any changes are needed. 4) Circulate copies of these forms to Customer Retention Manager concerned dept. Manager. 5) Produce monthly statistical list to understand area of improvement . 6) Understand company policy minimum standard towards customer satisfaction levels.
