Dubai - Principal Accountabilities: 1. Preparing documents required for negotiating, drafting and execution of agreements made by the Corporate Affairs and Legal Department's Lawyers. 2. Provide assistance in the delivery of the corporate affairs functions such as trade license renewals, new locations acquisitions, Power of Attorneys and Article of Associations in close liaison with the Legal team 3. Act as a focal point to the relevant government sector representatives of the region. 4. Preparing monthly / annual reports from the records, setting out a summary of the corporate affairs related work conducted within the period. 5. Performing legal translation from English and French to Arabic and vice-versa, especially for confidential documents which cannot be disclosed to external translators.
