The role of VP, Compliance- Sales & Distribution, and Marketing & Customer Experience is responsible of providing second line of defence compliance advisory support to the following sub-areas. Sales, Branches, BDU & Contact Center, Customer Experience, Call Center, Marketing, PBG Business Governance & KYC Onboarding Team, Employee Banking, Projects Team, National Housing Loans and Alternative Distribution Channels.
