They are opening an office in Dubai and need to hire an additional analyst / associate to be a key part of the underwriting team, supporting deal teams in London. Responsibilities Support the originators in the overall due diligence / underwriting process Produce drafts of key underwriting documents including Heads of Terms, Credit Applications and Credit Update Memos Review professional reports and feedback issues, questions, comments to professionals Proactively flag issues and potential risks to the Head of Credit with support from the Deal Teams; offer solutions to resolve these with minimal impact to clients Communicate with clients and stakeholders Contribute to new business development activity Input in the development of changes, new ideas and innovation to the wider business Candidate requirements: Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience ...
