Richemont - Dubai - MAIN PURPOSE Reporting to the Regional Learning & Development Director (MEIA), the Learning & Development Coordinator (MEIA) is key to ensuring that learning and development activities deliver proactive and responsive learning and development activities, supporting the advancement of employee competencies to supporting business growth, promote our brand equity and to be the employer of choice. The role supports the operations of the L&D function to ensure smooth and consistent records management, learning logistics and data.
