Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) - Abu Dhabi - Operational Responsibilities Knowledge of ADGM Courts legislation, practices and procedures, with proficiency in the Small Claims Division practices and procedures. Support the Small Claims Division Judge (when necessary), the Registrar and Senior Legal Counsel/ Director in in the management of the claims in the Small Claims Division, particularly the retail banking claims. Draft court documents and correspondence under the close supervision of the Registrar and Senior Legal Counsel/ Director. Assist the Registrar and Senior Legal Counsel/Director with research projects, drafting of documents (for example, memoranda summarising results of research, procedure manuals, stakeholder presentations) and proof reading of documents.
