Richemont - United Arab Emirates - MAIN PURPOSE Reporting to the Managing Director UAE & India, the Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is a key referent and business partner to provide support to develop the UAE & India business, our brand equity, and to be the employer of choice. As a business partner, you analyse, design, develop and measure the impact of learning programmes consistent with the business strategy for the UAE & India Commercial and Office populations and will work in close collaboration with the Regional L&D team. KEY MISSIONS The L&D manager is part of the UAE Executive Committee and will drive the L&D strategy through collaboration with key stakeholders and will act as a pillar of the UAE subsidiary.
