Clients include airlines, hotels and casual dining businesses, where centralized preparation, cooking, packing and distribution offers customers cost savings and product consistency through rigid recipe development and food safety systems. The 33,000 sq. meter facility uses the latest in building design and construction materials, and is complimented with state of the art processing equipment to allow for large scale batch and continuous cooking methods.
