ISV licence ordering Identification and resolution of market and open orders related issues –includes exchange liaison for internal comparisons Resolution of queries relating to market access – includes reporting of and investigation of exchange or trading system outages Liaison with IT and clients relating to market access – includes reporting and escalation of issues Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics or Science, or alternatively 3-5 years previous experience in Electronic Trading Services and/or exposure to Derivatives Exchange Trading Gui’s or professional Equity and Derivatives trading platforms.
