Kuwait City - The Resident Engineer will have the responsibility of managing the following major activitiesin the Refinery’s Operating Facilities and administrator the control of approximately 150 ~ 300skilled human resources specified in the Contract.- Maintenance Management- Plant Modification / Upgrading Project- Inventory Optimization- Inter Disciplinary Coordination- HSE Compliance- Contract AdministrationHe will be well versed with Process Control Instrumentation as is applicable to beHydrocarbon Refinery or Synergic Process plants in the Oil and Gas Industry.
