Al Ahmadi, Kuwait - Job Description Supervise all insurance claims in line with insurance policies. Review insurance coverage requirements for the company including but not limited to employees, projects, facilities, office equipment, warehouses, shipments, heavy equipment and vehicles. Handle all claims submittal, follow up, and closure. Monitor the performance of insurance coverage. Setting up, managing and monitoring Health Insurance Cover for eligible employees. Collect and analyze data, on all claims. Prepare monthly reports for all active policies and claims. Update existing policies to reflect any changes, optimum coverage and economical format. Communicate with Insurance companies for processing claims. Ensure timely settlement of premiums. Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.
