FANTASY WORLD - Kuwait City - BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE: ▪ Under the direction of Finance Manager responsible to plan, organize, co-ordinate to finalize the accounts and to conduct Internal Audit for POS, Inventory & Fixed Assets. ▪ Work closely with cross-functional departments : Warehouse, Operation, Wholesale, B&M and IT to conduct Internal Audit effectively. ▪ Provide assistance in planning and reporting and any other support required to the Finance Manager relative to assigned area of responsibility DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: ▪ Maintains General ledger and Supplier’s sub-ledger, including preparation of Journal batches for the batch entry and posting. ▪ Reconciliation of General ledger heads, self balancing the payables,Receivables,Inventory & POS. ▪ Performs accounts payable function such as verifying the invoices into the system, settlement issuing cheque / telex application and reconciliation of supplier’s balance. ▪ Inventory Invoicing and posting in to system and vouch the differences for th...
