We are looking for a strong Head Chef or Kitchen Manager with multi-site experience - must have cooked in kitchens to a very high standard with exceptional talent, passion and wide experience in the culinary art. The Head Chef must have the leadership quality and the expertise in the same field to guide our different back of the house team in a few different outlets plus a CPU which is manned by a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff! We are looking for someone with a full repetoire of cooking skills across various cuisines - must have strong leadership and management skills.
