Monitoring performance of the Division across store formats in terms of sales, gross margin, profit & loss Ensuring proper implementation of the commercial strategy - mission, positioning per format, etc. for the division/categories and strategic guidelines, including categories plan and pricing strategy To ensure proper implementation of policies, procedure and standards such as service level, imports, suppliers standards, negotiating terms, etc. for the Division.
