T+O+M - Dubai - As Country CFO for the UAE and reporting to the Group CFO based in Dubai also this role is managing a small team of finance professionals across all facets of finance. This includes but is not limited to Financial Control, Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Balance Sheet Control, Cash and Capital Management and Strategy. As such the role need a hands on finance leader who has had direct experience in a securities business leading a finance function. Continually looking at process improvement and a desire to truly partner with the business is needed. With over 10 years experience the individual will need to be qualified with a proven track record in overseeing a DIFC licensed entity and understand a brokerage business from back to front....
