Sharjah - 1. Minimise cost expenditure and maximise revenue income and profitability. 2. Assist and support the Commercial Manager and Project Manager / Director in preparation and submittal for Senior Management approval of the Project Budget to Build. 3. Verification and checking of Bills of Quantities (BOQ's) (prepared by Tender team) for the purpose of preparing and floating supplier / sub-contractor enquiries. 4. Identify any conflicts / discrepancies in Contract documents (drawings, specifications & BOQ) and escalate to Commercial Manager / Project Manager / Director for resolution and / or clarification with Consultants. 5.
