Develop objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Procurement Function in line with the Human Capital & Administration Department’s strategic goals and ensure that the functions’ employees are working towards the achievement of these objectives. Review the operating results of the Procurement Function and follow-up to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct insufficient results.
