Tasks include the negotiation of terms and conditions, analyses of price and creation of the subcontract document. Participates in teaming agreement and strategic marketing alliance negotiations between company and outside sources. Reviews client solicitations received by company and provides recommendations regarding outsourcing requirements to business management proposal team. Responsible for monitoring subcontractor's performance, including the management of the deliverables and payment of invoices. Keeps fully informed on all subcontracts standards, plans and policies.
