Charterhouse - Dubai - As the Deputy Compliance Manager you will report to the Director- Local Compliance Officer whilst assisting them in establishing compliance strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements and regulatory risk. The role will require you to act as a Compliance subject matter expert, providing relevant advice and guidance on central compliance matters. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of regulatory projects and managing change related activities driven from regulatory developments and amendments. You will also be required to draft mastery programmes and deliver trainings as and when required by the compliance team, as well as other teams and make appropriate suggestions for improvisations within the existing control framework. The successful candidate should have at least 10 years of strong technical competence in compliance monitoring and areas of regulatory framework.
