E Financial Careers - Middle East - Abu Dhabi - HR Coordinator Responsibilities: Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and drafting of employment contracts. Assist with the onboarding process. Schedule meetings, interviews and maintain agendas. Generate new staff records and update existing staff records Assist with adhoc HR projects. Support other assigned functions. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice. HR Coordinator Requirements: Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not essential 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator Exposure to Labor Law and employment regulations. Effective HR administration and people management skills. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
