Job Summary The Wellness Coach is responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining all fitness, social activities, operations and producing and directing programs and special events for visitors and hotel guests in and outside of the building for guests and associates. He/she is also responsible for supervising all Recreation personnel including the life guards, outsource staff, and recreation attendants to ensure quality health and safety, fitness, entertainment and DJ services to members, associates and guests.
