Dubai - Job Description The Planning Manager is required to develop the most appropriate method and sequence of Shutdown and Turnaround, Plant Construction activities, in conjunction with the Project Manager, in order to ensure the project is completed timely, safely, and on budget. Schedules, plans and oversees the entire program of work Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities. Ensuring Planning, monitoring and cost control functions are implemented and managed according to quality and performance standards so that all activities are completed within the allocated timeframes and budget. Review and monitor baselines, LF plans and milestones for the project from mobilization through Close-out phases, ensure focus on cost and revenue targets at project sites; Compare resource utilization (man power, materials and equipment) with the budget.
