Abu Dhabi - Job Description 1. Level-2 IT Network Admin and Engineers for Problem management, incident management, change management, Availability Management, Capacity Management, Configuration Management, Event Management, Release and Deployment Management, And Service Validation and Testing; 2. Responsible for assisting L1 personnel in solving technical problems and for investigating elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem and finding solutions related to these more complex issues. 3. Responsible to address tickets that take a comparatively longer time to resolve support tickets than level 1 and that may be because of the complexity of the problem (difficult or advanced problems).
