Telecom Business Analyst
Experience range 5+ Yrs
Should be experienced in Business Analyst domain
Must have experience in handling foreign clients.
Must have in-depth knowledge of Telecom Domain
Participating / leading in customer facing consulting activities
Identifying issues and forming hypotheses and solutions
Presenting findings and recommendations to clients in line with pre-defined client business objectives
Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing projects and programmes' with focus on client / stakeholder management
Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions
Strong communication, articulation and presentation skills
Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and carve out meaningful resolutions
Ability to conceptualize/drive business change on complex programmes'
Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement where the team is committed to finding new ways to improve the service it provides to the business. Domain Focus (required)
