Kuwait Finance House - Kuwait City - Acting as first line support to KFH users for the Services Desk/Help Desk, taking all incoming calls and logging them into the remedy management system within the defined IT strategy, policy, processes and procedures to ensure maintenance of uninterrupted application, users issues, hardware and IT services of KFH group's IT systems resolved as per agreed SLA's.
