This role forms a major part of the Etihad transformation strategy and customer experience agenda across our Technology & Innovation business that will enhance our guest offering the most exciting best in class tools to our customers worldwide. What do we need help with? We currently have a gap in our Mobility team for a Delivery Lead to own all our guest facing (B2C) mobile application delivery. This person will own the delivery of the mobile app capability. This person will need to work collaboratively with a variation of stakeholders and third parties to deliver target driven outcomes.
