Interconnect Specialist will Manage commercials & operational activities for Domestic Interconnects


What kind of tasks will you have?
• Build & maintain relationship with domestic interconnects for Mobile, Fixed, MMS & SMS business operations.
• Maintain & Manage domestic termination rates for Mobile, Fixed, MMS & SMS working closely with CRA Team under the regulatory guidelines, Margin assurance team and Billing team to ensure accurate implementation from time to time.
• Handle & Manage disputes working closely with internal stakeholders like Finance, Revenue assurance, SSC etc & partner commercial team
• Manage operational activities related to opening of new mobile/fixed/Shortcodes numbering plan working closely with all internal & external stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation across all internal platforms.
• Manage & maintain operational activities related to internal systems (Rate validation,Billing cycle, CDR validation, Invoice validation, reporting activities etc in iConx)


Apply if you have the following:
• 5-8 years of experience handling Voice , SMS  business with commercial & operational acumen
• Wholesale Voice industry experience is a must
• Driven to work in multiple stakeholders’ environment, aggressive deadlines with focus on end to end implementation of tasks.
• Mandatory Technicall skills;
1. Voice- TDM SS7 & VOIP
2. SMS –(A2P & P2P)-SCCP
3. Advanced Excel & MIS
