Madison Pearl - Kuwait City - The primary objective of this position is to provide strategic leadership and executional edge to Bank’s Cards business. This is a multidimensional role that involves managing a large running business and proactively navigating it through a period of intensive disruption and evolution in the payments area. The Head of Cards & Payments will be required to provide leadership to product lifecycle management process covering new product development, product renewal, management of profitability and strategic alliances. The incumbent will also be required to provide leadership to the Customer Lifecycle Management process through the stages of activation, usage, retention with the end goal of maximizing customer lifetime value.
