Charlotte Tilbury - Kuwait City - What the job does: Support the induction, development and leadership of the store-based Store Managers and Artists, delivering service training and shop-floor coaching to drive performance across the Middle East Lead the effective and inspirational delivery of all defined training material through a blend of in-store shop floor huddles and also classroom/ boudoir training. Monitor KPIs to measure the impact of training delivered, providing feedback to the relevant Operations Manager and Education Manager on any commercial impact. Provide counsel to senior management on other training needs to ensure continuous improvement and also evolvement of the current training provided and desired learning outcomes.
